AudioChills Terms of Service

To use Audiochills as a service or a platform, you agree to abide by the following Terms below. If any of these Terms are breached or violated, Audiochills reserves the right to remove your content and/or account.

AudioChills shall not be held liable for any loss of data or any violations of the terms of service committed by its users.

As a listener:

  • You must be at least 18 years old.
  • You agree not to share any NSFW 18+ content with anyone under the age of 18.
  • You agree not to attempt to breach the privacy of other users of Audiochills.


As a creator:

  • You must be at least 18 years old to create an account with us, or post content.
  • Please don’t impersonate other creators.
  • Please don’t post content that is not your own original work.
    • UNLESS permission is granted by the original creator(s) AND credit is visibly shown.
  • For any content that involves other creators (writers, artists, other voices, etc), please also clearly and visibly credit them.


Content Guidelines / Trigger Warnings

  • We allow both pornographic and SFW audio content on Audiochills.
  • We do NOT allow audios that promote the real-life activities of rape, non-consensual activity, pedophilia, necrophilia, racism, misogyny or misandry, discrimination, homophobia, transphobia, bigotry, bestiality, or any criminal activity. Any content featuring sexual relations with minors, bestiality, violent death, or fetishized degradation of race is strictly prohibited.
  • Any audio that features sexual relations with minors, bestiality, violent death, or fetishized degradation of race is strictly prohibited.
  • We DO allow DDLG, MDLB, and variants of such. However, such audio must be clearly tagged and disclaimers regarding the fantasy nature of the audio must be prominently displayed.
  • Content titles that include age references in numeric forms, such as "[18 Year Old][Eighteen Year Old]" are strictly prohibited.
  • Any content that is not strictly prohibited on Audiochills that may cause mental or emotional harm to a listener MUST be clearly tagged and identified for any listeners. Disclaimers regarding the fantasy nature of the audio must be prominently displayed.


AudioChills reserves the right to modify these terms of service for its website at any time without prior notice. Your continued use of the website after any such modifications signifies your acceptance of the updated terms.
